HISAR BY-ELECTION A TRAILER FOR 2012 PUNJAB VIDHAN SABHA POLLS-SUKHBIR • CONGRESS SHOULD REMAIN PREPARED FOR DECIMATION IN PUNJAB • ELECTORATE ITICHING TO TEACH CONGRESS PARTY A LESSON FOR SHELTERING CORRUPT • COMMON MAN OUT TO PUNISH CONGRESS PARTY FOR INFLICTING UNPRECIDENTED PRICE RISE Chandigarh, October 17(babushahi bureau – Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) candidate Mr. Kuldip Bishnoi was declared elected in the bye election to Hisar Parliamentary Constituency with a margin of 6335 votes as he had polled 3,55,955 votes. While stating this today in Hisar, District Election Officer Dr. Amit Aggarwal said that his nearest rival Mr Ajay Singh Chautala of INLD polled 3,49,620 votes and Mr Jai Parkash of Congress got 1,49,776 votes. He said that a total of over 9.16 lakh electors had exercised their right to vote. The candidate of Lok Janshakti Party Mr Anil Sihag polled 2,181 votes, Mr Om Parkash Kalyan of Bhartiya Sant Mat Party got 27,802 votes and Duli Chand of Lok Parivartan Party polled 1,143 votes. Similarly, RamJas Dhulipal of Dalit Kranti Dal got 308 votes whereas Mr Virender of Republican Backward Party polled 648 votes and Mr Sudesh Kumar Aggarwal of Smast Bhartiya Party polled 4,203 votes. While referring to votes polled by other candidates, he said that among Independent candidates, Mr Anil Kumar got 772 votes, Mr Anup Singh 477, Mr Atam Parkash 389, Om Parkash 480, Mr Karambir 1,540, Mr Kuldip son of Praduman 2,353, Kuldip son of Madan Lal 2,712, Kuldip Malik 1,659, Kuldip son of Sajjan 2,043, Krishan 725, Jagpal 292, Sant Dharambir 387, Narender Nath 332, Naveen Kumar 390, Pardeep Singh 257, Baljit 167, Mahender Singh 195, Ranjit Singh 167, Rajkumar 219, Rajesh Kumar Jindal 344, Ram Niwas Sharma 997, Laxman Dass 1,121, Ved Pal son of Inder Singh 2037, Ved Pal son of Vijay Singh 968, Ved Parkash 1,180, Sher Singh 748, Satbir 492, Suraj Mal Sihag, 135, Surjit Singh 219, Sushil Nidhi 464 and Hawa Singh Sangharsh 583.
